Parkside
Apartments, a new luxury boutique building on tree-lined St.
Nicholas Avenue near Central Park, is offering several bright,
airy, highly customizable condos including a 910sf 1BR and
four family-sized homes ranging from 1,912 to 2,314 sf. “Since
St. Nicholas is an angled avenue, this building is designed

Traditional
design meets modern comfort at The Madison, an intimate new

building has a wonderfully classic interior,” says broker
Jillian Faulls of The Developers Group. “Residences

Tahl, president of Tahl Propp Equities. “Every day more people
consider moving to Harlem, which has undergone a dramatic improvement
in the past eight to ten years. You have gorgeous prewar buildings,
