TEA AND LUXURY

SHINING BEACON

Highly anticipated condo sales have opened at the landmark Beacon, a boffo development with rich history and entertainment buzz in its bones, rising above New Jersey’s Gold Coast. Formerly the Jersey City Medical Center, the Art Deco property sweeps across 14 acres, with the first two of 10 luxury buildings slated to open late this year.

The two towers, the Rialto and the Capitol, are named for famous theaters, to reflect the property’s long connection with movies and TV (“Quiz Show” and “The Royal Tenenbaums” used the deco design as backdrop).
