“The market in the Hamptons right now is somewhat mixed. The $8 million-plus market appears to be the strongest,” says Kevin Sneddon, CEO of investment brokerage company Project Real Estate. “For the market below $8 million, there appears to be more price sensitivity—with buyers waiting on the sidelines for price corrections, and meanwhile taking a harder look at the combined quality and value of the product.”
