High style and affordability mark the The Muse, a new 10-unit building whose developers, GW Developments, chose the site for its safe, established location in Williamsburg and easy access to Manhattan. The largest unit is the 1,249-square-foot first-floor garden duplex with a private yard. The second, third, and fourth floors feature a combination of open studios and two-bedroom duplex lofts, each with private roof terrace space or access to a common roof deck.
