Family said Walter Wallace Jr., needed mental health treatment. His relatives said they called 911 requesting an ambulance and hoped he could receive medical intervention. But police arrived first.
Philadelphia

Thousands of people have taken to Philadelphia's streets, with looting and violence breaking out, since police fatally shot 27-year-old Walter Wallace, who was carrying a knife.

Nagorno-Karabakh
