10 Things That’ll Almost Definitely Sell Out: From Madewell to Brooklinen

There’s something for everyone in this week’s edition of Don’t Dillydally (our weekly look at the launches worth getting excited about), from rich-people body lotion to basic T-shirts to Lion King toddler shoes.

Madewell x Christy Dawn

L.A.’s answer to Reformation, Christy Dawn (which uses deadstock fabrics to make flowy Instagram-ready dresses), has collaborated with Madewell on a collection of flouncy dresses and tops — many of which have already sold out. We like this (still available) blouse, too.

Augustinus Bader’s New Body Cream

Speaking of the West Coast, Augustinus Bader, the “rich person” skin-care line that launched at L.A.-based retailer Violet Grey, just debuted a body cream. According to the description, the cream uses the “same innovative stem-cell technology found in the brand’s cult-favorite face creams for smooth, firm, and glowing skin.” Speaking of the cult-favorite face cream, it appears that AB’s recently come out with a 15-ml. bottle for $80. (Before, the cheapest bottle you could get was $160.)

Mrs. Maisel Lipstick

Revlon just released two Midge-inspired lipstick trios: Take the Stage Reds and Stand Up Nudes. The colors aren’t new for Revlon, but the packaging is fun, and the lipsticks normally retail for $10 each, so you’re getting a deal.

Clarks x ‘The Lion King’

There are lots of Lion King collaborations coming at us, and this one, an adorable Simba-adorned toddler Clarks sneaker, is one of our favorites. (Second, of course, to the trippy ASOS collection.)

Union at Nordstrom

Another L.A. moment: The culty men’s streetwear boutique Union has teamed up with Nordstrom on a capsule line they’re calling Concept 005: Union & Company. The large collection (there are 170 exclusive pieces) will be available through September 1.

Brooklinen Loungewear

It is not surprising that super-soft linens line Brooklinen has launched a loungewear collection. There are tees, tanks, and sweats for men and women available (though some items have already sold out). And just like with the bedding, if you buy in a bundle, you can get a discount.

Everlane Bodysuits

Apparently, two weeks after they launched last March, Everlane’s bodysuits sold out. Now they’re back, in a short-sleeved version, a long-sleeved version (square neck), and a v-neck long-sleeved version.

The Strategist is designed to surface the most useful, expert recommendations for things to buy across the vast e-commerce landscape. Some of our latest conquests include the best acne treatments, rolling luggage, pillows for side sleepers, natural anxiety remedies, and bath towels. We update links when possible, but note that deals can expire and all prices are subject to change.
