This week’s edition of Don’t Dillydally (our regular look into the world of “drops”) includes some faux-fur coats, a Justin Timberlake–designed button-down, and some autumnal low-calorie start-up cereal.
Scoop x Walmart’s New Coats
Scoop (yes, that Scoop) has risen from the dead in the form of an unlikely partnership with Walmart. We noted the launch a few weeks ago, but were just informed that outerwear has been added to the collection, and the coats are elegant ‘n cheap.
Justin Timberlake x Levi’s
This, the musician’s third collection with Levi’s, features “left of center” workwear-inspired clothes, which, Timberlake told The Hollywood Reporter, “could be worn in Paris, could be worn in New York, could be worn in Stockholm, could be worn in L.A. and could be worn in Memphis, Tennessee.” The corduroy collar on this flannel button-down is a nice touch.
Glossier Futuredew
Now you can truly glow like a Glossier model thanks to this oil-serum hybrid that’s meant to be a final step in your skin-care routine. The idea is that it will provide “a gleamy, well-moisturized look that lasts up to 12 hours straight.”
Year & Day Candles
Dishware disrupter Year & Day has launched a sustainable candle collection (each vessel can be reused thanks to Y&D’s “refill program”). The candles are available in four of its signature calming pastel hues, and they’re meant to smell like the California coastline.
Magic Spoon’s Seasonal Flavors
The Strategist’s favorite new high-protein, low-calorie cereal start-up Magic Spoon (that kept our own Jessica Silvester full for hours) has come out with two new limited-edition flavors: Pumpkin Chai and Blueberry.
Everlane’s Cropped Alpaca Cardigan
The New York offices are full of Everlane Alpaca sweater-wearers, so this one’s for you all, if no one else: The Alpaca sweater is now available in cardigan form and in this lovely shade of pastel green.
Adidas Gore-Tex Stan Smiths
These newly released Stan Smiths have a Gore-Tex “toe box” so your little piggies won’t freeze come wintertime.
Lovevery’s Block Set
J.Crew’s New Fleece
We are always on Fleece Watch here at the Strategist, and we think this emerald-green number, which just launched at J.Crew (and which, at press time, we are realizing is 40 percent off!) is not long for this world.
Shu Uemura x Pokémon
This collaboration is honestly a very good gift for the person who is equal parts into high-end beauty and always looking to catch them all.
The Strategist is designed to surface the most useful, expert recommendations for things to buy across the vast e-commerce landscape. Some of our latest conquests include the best acne treatments, rolling luggage, pillows for side sleepers, natural anxiety remedies, and bath towels. We update links when possible, but note that deals can expire and all prices are subject to change.
