8 Things That’ll Almost Definitely Sell Out: From Pat McGrath to Everlane

New year, new launches and (at times head-scratching) collaborations. This week’s edition of Don’t Dillydally includes several Valentine’s Day launches, a Lunar New Year–themed eye shadow palette, and a Givenchy … Super Bowl hat.

Pat McGrath’s Limited-Edition Lunar New Year Palette

Ms. McGrath has released a “Golden Opulence” eye shadow palette and lip gloss timed to the Lunar New Year. The description of this palette — “six sublime shimmers & mesmerising mattes summon the ravishing resplendence & hypnotic hedonism evoked by all tomorrow’s parties” — is quite something.

Mickey Mouse SK-II

SK-II’s Facial Treatment Essence, which our own Rio Viera-Newton has historically gone crazy for, got the limited-edition Mickey Mouse treatment.

Everlane’s “Cheeky” Corduroys

Everlane just launched a range of straight-leg, slightly stretchy corduroys. The “Atlantic Blue” cords are already pretty much sold out, but there are still plenty sizes available in other colors … for now.

Saks’ Super Bowl Collection

Leading up to the Super Bowl, Saks teamed up with a 25 designers (Heron Preston, Off-White, Givenchy, Rag & Bone, among them) on a football/Miami-themed menswear collection called The Stunt. The goods are available to preorder now, but they won’t ship for a few weeks.

Bloomscape at West Elm

Online plant shop Bloomscape (which we tested out here) has launched a partnership with West Elm, meaning you can now buy a potted fiddle-leaf fig or a ponytail plant from the retailer.

American Girl’s Doll of the Year: Joss

Joss, for those who are curious, “is a fierce surfer girl who never backs down from a challenge — even if it means taking a chance on something new, like trying out for cheer.” She is also hard of hearing, hails from Huntington Beach, California, and has brown hair with sun-kissed highlights.

Adam Selman’s Savage x Fenty Lingerie Collection

Rihanna’s longtime stylist and collaborator Adam Selman (he who recommended one of our favorite gifts of the year, a light-up frisbee) has collaborated with her Savage x Fenty lingerie line on a range of frisky Valentine’s Day–appropriate getups.

Lush’s Valentine’s Day Bath Bombs

Along those same lines, Lush’s “suggestive” bath bombs (which were a big hit last year) are back. There’s a peach, too.

The Strategist is designed to surface the most useful, expert recommendations for things to buy across the vast e-commerce landscape. Some of our latest conquests include the best acne treatments, rolling luggage, pillows for side sleepers, natural anxiety remedies, and bath towels. We update links when possible, but note that deals can expire and all prices are subject to change.
