11 Things That’ll Almost Definitely Sell Out: From Girlfriend Collective to Away

Photo: Retailers

This week’s Don’t DillyDally, appropriately, is all about warmth: To equip you for the chilly months ahead, we’ve dug up a newly released blanket from Japanese outdoor brand Snow Peak that is meant to be worn as a cape, and some sure-to-sell-out-hastily joggers from the sisters Jenners’ brand Kendall +Kylie.

Kendall + Kylie x Amazon

Kendall and Kylie Jenner have taken their eponymous clothing line to Amazon’s The Drop, which releases various collections for a limited amount of time. There are lots of things to look through (some vegan leather trousers and asymmetrical dresses, to name two), but since many of us are still spending a lot of time at home, we’re eyeing these tie-dye joggers, which are lightweight, stretchy, and come in two shades: camel and blue.

Away x Rashida Jones

Actress Rashida Jones and Away have released some new travel things: among them, a copper-colored carry-on, a color-blocked packing cube, a duffle, a laptop case, and belt bag, all of which come in a pretty, neutral sienna shade. But we’re most excited about the suitcase, and suspect it might sell out the quickest of the bunch — it has a mirrored copper exterior and a purple-and-red lining inside.

Snow Peak x Rumpl Fireproof Blanket

Japanese outdoor brand Snow Peak has collaborated with Portland-based Rumpl to create this blanket, which uses Rumpl’s fire-resistant, recyclable ripstop fabric and NanoLoft insulation, which mimics down feathers. It comes with a clip, meaning the whole thing can be fastened like a cape around your body — making it ideal for chilly outdoor hangs. We can see this being a popular outdoor dinner accessory come December.

Favored Nations x Tony’s Chocolonely

This one is a bit complicated, so let us explain it to you: Noah Centineo has a nonprofit called Favored Nations. It’s currently endeavoring to get out the vote through various means, including, it seems, partnering with statusy chocolate-bar brand Tony’s Chocoloney to make VOTE-themed chocolate bars. They come in five flavors (milk chocolate, milk chocolate caramel sea salt, dark chocolate, dark chocolate almond sea salt, and dark milk pretzel toffee), say “VOTE: give a shit 2020” on the wrapper, and are available for purchase through the nonprofit’s site.

Betsey Johnson Makeup at Walmart

Much of the glittery, shimmery Luv Betsey makeup collection (which is being sold exclusively at Walmart) has already sold out, but we’re excited about this trio of creamy lip glosses which includes three colors: nude, pink, and red.

Dada Daily

Another (albeit sugar-free) chocolate situation: these vegan, boob-shaped truffles from Dada-art-inspired snack brand Dada Daily. They contain (apparently) immune-boosting elderberry, and every purchase benefits the Carriage House Birth scholarship fund.

Supergoop!

The newest from Supergoop! Cloud 9 is a mineral “sun balm” formulated to soothe dry and cracked skin, like, for instance, the skin that your mask has been rubbing against for six months. (And since it’s from Supergoop!, it also has broad UV spectrum protection and an SPF of 40.)

Yellowpop x André Saraiva

Neon-sign-maker Yellowpop has teamed up with Swedish-French graffiti artist Andre Saraiva (you may know him as the owner of Le Baron) to create art pieces inspired by his designs. Signs start at $350, and we suspect the pink one that reads “Amour” will go particularly fast. The purchase page opens up to those who preregister (which you can do now) on the 30th.

Baggu x Hansel from Basel

Everyone’s favorite reusable bag company Baggu has teamed up with everyone’s favorite sock company Hansel from Basel on a three-piece collection using Baggu’s designs and Hansel from Basel’s ultrasoft crew socks. This mushroom design, we think, feels all at once special, neutral, and on trend.

Jaden Smith x New Balance

Following an ultra-successful first collaboration, Jaden Smith is working with New Balance on another sneaker. Made of surplus synthetic leather and textiles, no two pairs are exactly the same. The shoes will be available tomorrow on the Greenhouse app, and a limited quantity (read, act superfast) will be available for purchase on footlocker.com.

Girlfriend Collective x Parks Project

Another buzzy drop: the Girlfriend Collective x Parks Project. Limited-edition colorways on some tried-and-true GC favorites, like the Paloma sports bra, compression leggings, and high-rise bike shorts will be available starting October 23, and like all things Girlfriend Collective, you’ll have to act quickly to get your hands on the pieces.
