15 Things That’ll Almost Definitely Sell Out: From Offhours to Olive & June

For this week’s Don’t Dillydally, we’ve surfaced a range of things we’re sure will sell out, including Uniqlo’s first collaboration with Japanese brand White Mountaineering, three new colorways of Offhours’ blanket-robe designed with West Elm, and doggie-and-me balaclavas from Maxbone and Kule.

John Mayer x The Laundress

The Laundress — which makes some of our favorite fancy home sprays and cleaning vinegars — has collaborated with John Mayer on a detergent. The detergent, called “Out West,” has notes of sandalwood, leather, amber, spice, patchouli, and musk. It can be used for both machine- and handwashing. Half of the proceeds from the partnership will go toward supporting land conservation in Montana.

Buck Mason Felted Wool Collection

Buck Mason, makers of very good T-shirts, recently released an outerwear collection crafted from felted merino wool. There are three styles — a women’s version of the brand’s chore coat, a shirt jacket, and a felted car coat — all of which would be good for cooler temperatures.

Uniqlo x White Mountaineering

Also on the outerwear front, Uniqlo teamed up with Japanese fashion designer Yosuke Aizawa’s brand White Mountaineering on a fall-appropriate drop. The collection includes boxy, oversize parkas, fleece pullovers, and quilted jackets, and is available in women’s, men’s and kids’ sizing. It’s the first time the two have collaborated, and many of the transitional pieces have already sold out. There’s still some good stuff left though, like this oversize fleece jacket, which comes in olive green and black.

Lee x Pendleton

In case you wanted something with a little more pizzazz, Lee and Pendleton have teamed up on a collection that includes this patchwork chore jacket — which is one part classic and one part fun. In typical Pendleton fashion, everything is made from high-quality wool, and as a nod to Lee, there’s lots and lots of denim.

Everlane Duvet Puffer

And if you’re looking for something heavier, Everlane released a long puffer jacket made from recycled nylon and polyester that’s ideal for cold days ahead. As its name suggests, wearing this cozy jacket is akin to wrapping yourself in a cocoon of warmth. It comes in three shades — a practical black, a sandy tan, and this alluring gray-blue.

Caraa Baby Collection

Caraa has expanded its kid-centric offerings with the Baby Collection, which covers pretty much any bag your baby might need. The company has expanded on its already-popular baby bag with the sleek-looking baby tote, a nylon caddy that clips onto a stroller, an insulated bottle cooler, a quilted changing pad, and a wristlet-style pod that’s meant to keep your baby’s pacifier safe.

Olive & June Press Ons

Olive & June — known for its ultralong-wearing nail polish — has entered the fake nail space. Its collection of press-ons come with 21 different sizes, which means virtually no nail size is left behind. There are also lots of colors and designs to choose from. Some, like the classic French, are permanent to the collection, while others, like this navy double French style are limited edition and likely to sell out.

Filson x Ten Thousand

Men’s activewear brand Ten Thousand teamed up with timeless, Strat-favorite Filson on high-performance training gear that’s designed for high-impact movement. The drop includes quick-drying T-shirts, breathable compression socks, and these tactical shorts, which were designed in collaboration with former special-ops teams. They’re meant to be both comfortable and durable — featuring lightweight ripstop fabric with four-way stretch, and have dedicated pockets for storing your phone and cash or cards.

Heather Taylor Home x West Elm

Textile designer Heather Taylor is back with another West Elm collection, and this time the focus is all things holiday. There’s gingham big and small, applied to comforters, throw pillows, and even ottomans. These dishwasher-safe, stoneware mugs from the collab feel particularly festive and would be an easy way to bring some holiday cheer to your home.

Offhours x West Elm

In additional West Elm news, the brand has collaborated with Offhours, which is known for its cult-favorite homecoat. The oversize, one-size-fits-all robe is practically like wearing a blanket with a belt, and has made fans of Strategist staffers and stylish people alike. The West Elm robe applies a new colorblocked color scheme to the coat, and comes in three colorways. This one features an ivory-heather color, accented with soothing shades of terra cotta, green, and mango-orange. Each coat also has a matching bed quilt that comes in the same colors.

Glossier Field Greens Blanket

Glossier’s latest merch drop: an ultrasoft, 100 percent cotton knit blanket. “Field Greens” is covered in Glossier Gs in a variety of green shades (of course). Like many Glossier launches before it, we suspect this will go quickly, so if you’re thinking of snagging (or gifting to a Glossier-obsessed friend), don’t dillydally.

Janie and Jack x Brown Girls Do Ballet

Children’s boutique Janie and Jack has released a ballet-inspired clothing collection in partnership with Brown Girls Do Ballet, an organization that aims to increase diversity in ballet programs. Offerings include floral dresses and leggings, tulle dresses and skirts, and knit pieces with sweet detailing like ruffles and bows. The sweaters and T-shirts depicting Black ballerinas are particularly cute. This one has puffed sleeves and pearl detailing, and is made of a cozy, combed cotton.

Sesame Street x Hedley & Bennett

Hedley and Bennett have given their chef-favorite apron a Sesame Street makeover — the iconic characters have stepped off the stoop and into the kitchen. Fans of Bert and Ernie, Elmo, and Big Bird can opt for this one, pictured here — but if you’re more of a Cookie Monster fan or believe in Big Bird supremacy, there’s something for you, too.

Kule x Maxbone

Strat-favorite Kule and Maxbone have teamed up again on an actually tasteful doggy-and-me clothing collection. While there are nice-looking puffers, the main attraction is the matching striped balaclavas, which will likely get you lots of compliments during your daily strolls.

CRUXGG x Target

Ghetto Gastro has another home-appliances collection. This time, the brand launched an exclusive line with Target — and it’s more affordable than its collection with Williams-Sonoma. The line includes an air fryer, coffee maker, waffle maker, toaster oven, and a smokeless indoor grill-and-griddle combo, which would be ideal for apartment barbecuing or Saturday morning pancakes.

The Strategist is designed to surface the most useful, expert recommendations for things to buy across the vast e-commerce landscape.
