For this week’s “Don’t DillyDally,” we’ve surfaced a range of things we’re sure will sell out, including a LEGO collaboration with Target, Bernie Sanders’s oft-memed mittens, and a luxe-looking makeup bag from Glossier.
Puma High Court by June Ambrose
Last year, Puma announced stylist and designer June Ambrose as its new creative director. Her first collection, High Court, is inspired by women’s basketball and incorporates classic elements like varsity stripes and mesh. Most exciting, though, are the hats — which is unsurprising given that Ambrose is oft-spotted in an interesting-looking headpiece. For proof, please direct your attention to this multicolored fur-brimmed beanie that looks more courtside than on-the-court.
Emily in Paris x Lancôme
A second season of Emily in Paris is upon us, and with it comes the celebratory merch. Lancôme has partnered with the show on a limited-edition makeup collection (the lead of the series, Lily Collins, is a brand ambassador) that includes an eye-shadow palette, lipstick, fragrance, and a full-size bottle of Génifique, all of which come in special, branded packaging. The set, pictured here, would make a good gift for the superfan in your life.
Barbie x Kith
Kith has teamed up with fashion icon Barbie on a limited-edition collection of tees, hats, hoodies, and a doll that’s already sold out. There is still plenty to choose from, though, such as this graphic tee that features an illustration of vintage Barbie and her individual parts. A note: Everything in the collaboration is final sale, so if you commit, it’s yours to keep.
LEGO x Target
LEGO and Target recently released a collection, and there’s something for everyone. Offerings include bouclé beanies; jackets for men, women, children, and fur babies; tote bags; throw pillows; and stackable LEGO-head storage bins, which can be used as LEGO storage or turned into a planter.
Outerknown Project Vermont
Outerknown has released a range of mittens as part of its Project Vermont initiative, for which it works with artisans from the state to turn upcycled fabrics into something new. That means each pair of mittens is unique. And while the Fair Isle–style sweater mittens (most similar to Bernie Sanders’ oft-memed inauguration pair) are out of stock, there’s still plenty of options — like these neutral, solid-colored ones — to choose from.
Air Mail x Alex Mill
Alex Mill has collaborated with weekly newsletter Air Mail on a limited-edition pajama set (the founders of Alex Mill are apparently fans). You can choose from pants or shorts to pair with the long-sleeved sleep shirt, all of which sport a striped, Air Mail–inspired design.
Cristina Martinez x Nordstrom
Contemporary artist Cristina Martinez has released her second collection with Nordstrom (we covered the first drop a few months ago), and this time around there’s even more to choose from. Her signature illustration style is applied to a variety of home goods and wearables, including this fleece, which has an all-over graphic print.
Eckhaus Latta Bambino Collection
Eckhaus Latta recently released its baby collection, shrinking down some of its most popular pieces — like its baby tee — to toddler size. This knit cardigan from the collection is particularly cute, featuring wide ribbing and contrasting blue buttons. And if you’d like to make it a set, there’s a matching bonnet and diaper cover too.
Girl Skateboards x Sanrio
Hello Kitty and friends have teamed up with California-based Girl Skateboards on a collection of skate decks, long-sleeved T-shirts, and hoodies. There’s a range of decks to choose from, each featuring a classic Sanrio character. This one, for example, has an illustration of Keroppi, the sporty and bubbly frog.
Hello Kitty x Simplehuman
In other Hello Kitty news, the cartoon cat recently released a collection with Strat favorite Simplehuman. The limited-edition collaboration adds Hello Kitty graphics to the brand’s 4.5-liter trash can and sensor-enabled hand-soap dispenser. Both are available with gold or silver accents.
Mickey Mouse x Uniqlo
California-based artist Joshua Vides has brought his interpretation of Mickey Mouse to Uniqlo’s UT line, adding illustrations of the iconic mouse to short- and long-sleeved T-shirts. That includes this sweatshirt featuring a smooching Mickey and Minnie Mouse, which we think is rather cute.
Glossier Holiday Bag
For the holiday, Glossier has released a limited-edition off-white shade of its popular makeup bag. It’s embossed with G’s, which reminds us of something you might find at Gucci or Dior. The bag also comes with a built-in bright-orange organizer for your lip glosses, liners, and blushes. Like its punchy pink counterpart, it’s big enough to fit your full-size bottles but sleek enough to slip into a carry-on or tote.
