For this week’s “Don’t DillyDally,” we’ve uncovered new launches from lots of Strategist favorites including a new flavor of Ghia’s spritz, a relaunch of Stagg’s popular colorway, and Summersalt’s collaboration with DVF.
On Monday, Lalo and West Elm released their limited-edition high chair, table, and chairs for little ones. All pieces feature the same acorn-wood finish seen on West Elm’s mid-century collection, ideal for aesthetically minded parents who want baby’s furniture to match their own. Plus, 50 percent of sales from the collection will be donated to No Kid Hungry through August 2.
Stagg x Great Jones
Last October, cookware brand Great Jones and Stagg released a broccoli-colored version of our best overall electric kettle. Since then, it’s been such a hit that it’s sold out three times. If you’ve had your eye on it, the coveted kettle relaunched Monday for preorder. It’s sure to sell out for a fourth time, so don’t dillydally.
Ghia spritz
Ghia makes Strat-approved nonalcoholic spirits, including a pleasantly bitter-tasting aperitif and canned spritzes. Today, the brand expanded its spritz options with a refreshing new flavor in time for the heat wave: lime and salt. Like the other spritzes, it can be purchased in packs of 12, 36, or 108.
Tennis star Naomi Osaka and Levi’s teamed up in a limited five-piece collection of jackets, tops, jeans, and skirts. One of the more warm-weather-appropriate pieces is this corset-style halter top featuring a zip-up front and smocked back and made with 100 percent organic cotton.
Strat-favorite Alex Mill has collaborated with Brut, a Parisian vintage store specializing in workwear and military clothes. The capsule collection includes durable 100 percent cotton totes, work jackets, and bucket hats. Each is made with hand-sourced vintage and custom patches, meaning no two pieces will have the same assortment.
Madewell reunited with Nigerian American designer Sarah Nsikak of La Réunion Studio in a second collection. It includes midi dresses, button-ups, pants, hats, and totes, all created with upcycled Madewell fabric from past seasons.
Summersalt, the makers of thick yet breathable swimwear, recently tapped designer Diane von Furstenberg to do a line of one-pieces, bikinis, swim trunks, and kids’ swimsuits. Designs include DVF signatures like this cheery lemon pattern against a sky-blue background.
Outdoor-apparel brand and retailer Huckberry has two fun recent collabs. The first is a line of retro-looking tees, pearl snaps, snapbacks, and bucket hats with the beer brand Coors. All pieces are inspired by Coors’s ’80s and ’90s archives, including this corduroy cap with a Coors Banquet patch.
The second appeals more to the modern-day hypebeast. Merrell’s sturdy water shoe has become a more stylish Croc, and the two brands released a colorway exclusive to Huckberry. Sizes have already started to sell out, so be sure to grab yourself a pair while you still can.
If you’re on social media, you’ve probably seen the Little Miss and Mr. Men memes. Now you can display the cutesy cartoons right on your phone with Casetify’s latest collaboration. The cases and phone accessories feature Little Miss Sunshine, Mr. Happy, Little Miss Princess, and more characters.
