For this week’s “Don’t DillyDally,” we’ve surfaced a range of new things we’re sure will sell out, including a highly anticipated collaboration between Barbour and Ganni, Glossier’s full-size candles, and Sur la Table’s annual collection of food-themed holiday ornaments.
Barbour x Ganni
Cool-girl womenswear brand Ganni dipped into heritage-outerwear house Barbour’s archives for this much-Instagrammed collab. It then added its own touches of bright color, oversize pockets, and dramatic collars. The collection includes four pieces of outerwear, plus a couple of bucket hats and a skirt.
Fishwife Rainbow Trout Jerky Gems
A new product from Fishwife has arrived. If the name seems unfamiliar, that’s because “jerky gems” is what the company is calling smoked-rainbow-trout tenderloin, a cut of fish so small it’s not generally sold behind a counter or used in restaurants. But a tin? It’s the perfect home.
The Arrivals x Simple
The Arrivals and footwear brand Simple just dropped socks, a pair of sneakers, a T-shirt, and this ultra-warm unisex puffer made for the coldest weather. It has interior backpack suspenders and a removable hood. Bonus: It’s constructed using recycled textiles.
Eberjey Men’s Pajamas
Last fall, Strategist-favorite brand Eberjey launched washable silk pajamas for women — and this year, it’s back at it with a men’s version made from the same washable silk that’s luxe but easy to clean. This set, which also comes in a silvery green, would make a perfect holiday gift.
Sur la Table Annual Ornament Collection
Collecting and gifting ornaments is one of the best parts of the holidays, and it doesn’t get any more fun than Sur la Table’s annual assortment of hand-painted, food-themed ones. They range from simple (a single oyster) to intricate (a tightly packed bento box) to trendy (espresso martini, anyone?).
Fly by Jing Holiday Bundle
Fly by Jing is back with an even bigger and better version of its holiday bundle from last year. This time around it includes jars of the Sichuan Chili Crisp (that Ghetto Gastro co-founder Jon Gray puts on everything from pizza to ice cream), Chili Crisp Vinaigrette, Zhong Sauce, and Mala Spice Mix; packages of the dried Tribute peppers and Erjingtiao chiles; a Salsero spoon; and a copy of the first issue of its very own Taste Different Magazine, which explores culture and identity through interviews, stories, and exclusive recipes.
Glossier Full-Size Candles
Glossier is finally making full-size candles, an addition to its shop fans have been clamoring for since the brand came out with a small version last year. There’s one with the signature You scent (warm and woody) and one in Orange Blossom Neroli (fresh and citrusy).
J.Crew Liberty Fabrics
If you’re getting ready for lots of holiday hosting, it may be time to upgrade your table linens (the easiest way to feel like an expert host in our opinion). J.Crew has a whole slew of new napkins, tablecloths, and placemats in bold patterns and prints, some of which are from the iconic British print house Liberty.
Stasher x Marie Kondo
Strategist-favorite brand Stasher is selling a set of its standing storage bags in three different sizes and colors, tied up in a 100 percent recycled cotton furoshiki designed by Marie Kondo. The wrapping is a Japanese tradition meant to promote sustainability since you can keep and reuse it instead of throwing it in the recycling bin.
Le Creuset Ganache at Williams Sonoma
A Le Creuset Dutch oven is an investment piece, but well worth it: The heavy-bottomed pot will last you a lifetime and then some. Its latest color, Ganache, is a deep, rich, chocolatey brown, available exclusively at Williams-Sonoma.
The Strategist is designed to surface the most useful, expert recommendations for things to buy across the vast e-commerce landscape. Some of our latest conquests include the best acne treatments, rolling luggage, pillows for side sleepers, natural anxiety remedies, and bath towels. We update links when possible, but note that deals can expire and all prices are subject to change.
