12 Things on Sale You’ll Actually Want to Buy: From Belif to Brooklinen

In honor of “Sleep Awareness Week” — an annual campaign started by the National Sleep Foundation as a way to encourage us to examine our sleep habits — tons of retailers are offering actually good discounts on bedding, mattresses, and more. While we don’t totally buy into these themed weeks, a sale is a sale, and we spotted several Strategist-approved products on sale that are worthy of joining your nighttime routine. Scroll on to find our best-in-class linen sheets, a hydrating face mask you can wear overnight, and loungewear you’ll want to cuddle up in all day.

This linen-sheet set from Brooklinen, which is offering 20 percent off sitewide, feels like “an angel’s kiss,” according to former Strategist writer Lauren Levy, and made her “fall in love with linen sheets,” as they are “breathable,” “temperature controlled” and “stonewashed for an immediately worn-in feel that only gets softer over time.” But don’t dillydally: The sale ends at midnight tonight.

Also at Brooklinen: We named this one of the best bathrobes for fluff fans. Fashion blogger Hailey Rizzo says it makes her feel like she’s “ready to jump into bed and watch movies all day,” and it comes in a variety of solid and striped color options (which rotate every season, so don’t dillydally if you see a limited edition option you like).

Our best-in-class pillow for side sleepers is just $99 at Amazon when you apply the on-site coupon. With a unique cutout design, Eli & Elm’s pillow is filled with a blend of noodled latex and polyester fiber, which provides “enough cushioning for the head and neck without sinking too low,” according to Keith Cushner, a product expert at SleepFoundation.org.

Purple Harmony Pillow
From $179

For non-side-snoozers, the Purple Harmony pillow works for a number of sleeping styles, from hot sleepers to those with neck pain. The honeycomb-core interior is made from latex and the brand’s signature GelFlex Grid material, which work together to support your neck and head without being overly firm. It’s available in three loft heights: low, medium, and high.

Bedding, intimates, and loungewear are all 30 percent off for a limited time at Urban Outfitters. These go-with-everything cotton-polyester blend shorts come in black, gray, cream, khaki, sapphire, and bright red.

Lots of fun home décor is on sale over at Nordstrom, like this whimsical throw pillow cover from Dusen Dusen.

For the third day of Ulta’s 21 Days of Beauty sale (which Sephora has started price matching), you can find a selection of skin-care products designed to soothe. Like the Strategist-beloved moisturizer of the same name, the Aqua Bomb overnight “jelly pudding” sleeping mask from Belif is packed with antioxidants like lady’s mantle and apothecary herbs to soothe and hydrate your skin.

Another add-to-cart-worthy find is this eye-mask set from Patchology — which is on sale in packs of five, 15, or 30 — to your nighttime skin-care routine. They contain retinol, squalene, and peptides to hydrate and plump the under-eye area, as well as brighten dark circles.

And these serum capsules strengthen the skin’s moisture barrier thanks to a ceramide lipid complex, vitamin E, and omega-rich tsubaki oil.

As a longtime Coyuchi fan, you almost never see its line of sustainably produced, California-inspired house linens this on sale. The Pismo organic-cotton blanket (which I own, love, and can confidently say is my pride and joy) makes an excellent summer bedding topper, comes in three sizes, and is on sale in gray and peach.

I’m eyeing this stonewashed sham set, which is available in both Euro and standard sizing, as well as three colors (white, cocoa brown, and slate blue). The geometric design of the weave is mesmerizing, and the matching coverlet is on sale, too.

Coyuchi also makes several of our favorite bathrobes, so I have no doubt that this romper from its loungewear line will be extremely comfy.

The Strategist is designed to surface the most useful, expert recommendations for things to buy across the vast e-commerce landscape. Some of our latest conquests include the best acne treatments, rolling luggage, pillows for side sleepers, natural anxiety remedies, and bath towels. We update links when possible, but note that deals can expire and all prices are subject to change.
