Editor’s note: If you’re looking for Cyber Monday deals, we’ve rounded up all the best Cyber Monday deals under $100 that would make great gifts here.

Black Friday is always a great opportunity to get a head start on holiday shopping for everyone on your list. But, year over year, there are more and more sales taking place that can make decision-making extremely overwhelming. So to make holiday shopping even easier, I’ve rounded up some of the best Black Friday deals on giftable things for everyone on your list, like a cozy robe for your mom or a set of hair-care products for your beauty-obsessed niece. To curate this list, I’ve focused mainly on things we’ve written about before that have already been vetted by Strategist staffers and experts alike — like the Pampshade bread lights I love to gift to friends or our favorite Scandinavian Dutch oven beloved by chefs. And, because many people are shopping on a budget this year, every gift below clocks in at under $100. If you have even more shopping to do, check out our big Black Friday hub and sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop on even more deals — and if you’re looking for gifts for kids of every age, check out this post. We’ve done our final stock check as of Friday evening, and will be no longer updating this page. We’ll be updating our Cyber Monday pages until all sales end, though, so make sure to head there for more gifting inspiration.

These slipper socks would make a great stocking stuffer for everyone from Grandma to the co-worker you don’t know that well.

With notes of cannabis leaf, lemon peel, and rhubarb, “it’s one of those instantly recognizable scents that doesn’t smell like anything else,” says Strategist writer Tembe Denton-Hurst. And candles are always good to have on hand for last-minute gifts.

$15

A doomsday prepper’s favorite water-filter straw also makes a good gift for any outdoorsy friends in your life.

$45 for 3

For the aunt who is always complaining about chapped hands, we suggest this trio of Weleda Skin food, which has fans that include everyone from Sweetbitter author Stephanie Danler to Rio to makeup artist Katie Jane Hughes.

A fluffy robe is an ideal gift for any impossible-to-shop-for mom. “The robe feels so perfectly comfortable that I’ve been known to accidentally nod off in it after a particularly late shower,” says Strategist writer Ambar Pardilla.

A new pair of AirPods was one of the most popular answers when we surveyed tween boys about the gifts they want this season.

$40 for 2

And if your tween is starting to experiment with makeup, you can’t go wrong with this Cloud Paint duo from Glossier that they’ll probably still have in their makeup bags when they go off to college. I bought a tube of this stuff five years ago that has yet to run out.

Glossier You Eau de Parfum
$62
$62

Gifting fragrance can get expensive, but this one from Glossier is “affordable and effective,” says Rio, who adds that it “is one of the best perfumes on the market for that ‘enhancing your natural scent’ vibe.” While it’s not as cheap as the Cloud Paints above, “there is a lot of product, and the bottle is glass, not plastic,” which makes it feel more luxe.

We found this coveted Great Jones Dutch oven on sale for just $96 at Nordstrom in the colorway marinara. I’ve had mine for over three years and use it to cook everything from soups and stews to pastas and braises. The best part is that it can seamlessly go from the stovetop to the table at dinner parties.

For the son-in-law with a New York Times Cooking subscription, this knife set includes all the basic cooking knives, plus kitchen scissors and a collection of steak knives.

From $120

Our best-in-class wireless speaker owned by several Strategist writers and editors. “I loved the iconic and sometimes comically large buttons that were easy to press, the simple setup, and its overall ruggedness,” says former Strategist writer Jordan Bowman, who adds it has “survived enough drops and falls to be in a John Wick movie.”

Year over year, LOL Surprise dolls are a favorite of elementary-school children. This doll, Missy Frost, comes with a mix-and-match wardrobe that can make over 320 outfits.

From $60

Tamagotchis are one toy that will likely sell out this year. The new models are slightly more high-tech than the Tamagotchis of the ’90s—this one lets kids take selfies!

For the new mom or dad, give the gift of easy weeknight dinners with this Instant Vortex Air Fryer. Jenny Tschiesche, founder of Lunchbox Doctor and author of an air-frying cookbook, has tried a few different air fryers, but told us that the Instant Vortex is the one that has stood the test of time in her kitchen. “And that’s something, considering how much it gets used by all family members — including two teenagers.”

A dentist-approved electric toothbrush might not be the most exciting gift, but it will surely be appreciated at your giftee’s next cavity-free cleaning.

Upgrade Grandma’s tea ritual with this design-y pot from Hay that’s coffee-snob-approved.

A favorite of Strategist staffers and experts alike. Amanda McMillan, a restaurant general manager in Brooklyn and former “underwire cynic,” likes the bra for its “French-girl-lingerie-under-structured-boxy-menswear look.” And while it is functional as an everyday bra, Maude founder Éva Goicochea says the see-through mesh still gives it a lingerie-like feel.

Silk pillowcases reduce frizz and wrinkles, and Slip makes one of our favorites (we dubbed it our favorite luxurious option) that has been recommended time and time again by celebrities like Kourtney Kardashian and dermatologists such as Dennis Gross.

If you have a loved one coming in from out of town, these patches “help hydrate and bring circulation to my under-eye bags, which are always worsened on long-haul flights,” says Rio.

A cozy half-zip Sherpa for chilly days. Both New York deputy editor Alexis Swerdloff and Strategist senior editor Ailbhe Malone own other Everlane sweatshirts made from the same recycled Teddy fleece fabric and say it’s much chicer than your standard fleece.

A chic cashmere beanie for just $53 that comes in eight colors. If you have a little more money in your budget, we recommend pairing it with a scarf.

A kitchen staple, Fly by Jing’s chili crisp is great drizzled on just about everything, from dumplings to vanilla ice cream.

$20

If you want to try a trio of its best sellers, this set includes the aforementioned chili crisp, Zhong sauce, and Mala spice mix. I gifted this set to a friend one year for her birthday and she loved being able to cook with it all year long.

When Strategist editor Maxine Builder conducted a test of six different Dutch ovens, she said the Dask Kobenstyle came the closest to hitting all of the same marks as the Le Creuset. “It’s highly functional. The carbon steel is light, certainly lighter than a Le Creuset, meaning it’s easy to carry around a kitchen, even when it’s hot, and it retains heat well.”

Pampshade’s lights are made from actual bread that is then coated in resin. I have its baguette lamp hanging on my own wall and bought a light-up croissant for my best friend for Christmas last year, and I have my eye on this milk-bread light on sale this year.

For the friend who is always asking you to go on a hike, this unitard — which I have described as “Tour de France meets beginner ballet class” — is a great pick. The short version is also on sale.

This duo includes everything you need to make matcha lattes at home: Golde’s ceremonial-grade matcha and a whisk. “The gently grassy tea is perfect for mixing with oat or coconut milk for an afternoon energy boost,” says food writer and editor Aliza Abarbanel.

If you have a baker on your list, we suggest this Yves Klein blue sheet pan. “The Great Jones Holy Sheet is a great addition for a budding home baker,” says chef Lani Halliday. “It’s sturdy and thick, and you can depend on it to stay nice and flat while affording you an even bake.

If you have a friend or partner who needs to destress over the holidays, Womanizer makes some of our all-time favorite air-suction toys. This one, which features eight intensity levels and is waterproof, is on sale for just $90.

And if you want to gift both your partner (and yourself), this is one of our top-rated vibrators for couples.

For anyone who needs to zhush their home-office setup, this is Chloe Anello’s favorite portable lamp. “As soon as I saw this Hay lamp (on sale, too), I bought it immediately: It is functional, attractive, and affordable,” she says.

Another on-sale option from Hay, this Dan Flavin–esque tube lamp is a great hack to transform any room with less-than-stellar lighting and is a favorite of both myself and Strategist writer Erin Schwartz.

A Babaa-esque cardigan for their little one.

And for the dog moms, Maisonette has some very adorable sweaters and coats to keep their fur babies warm this winter.

BLABLA Kids’ hand-knitted dolls are recommended highly in both our guide to the best baby-shower gifts and in the Strategist ultimate baby registry.

A cooperative party game you can gift Christmas morning and play in the evening when you run out of things to talk about with your extended family.

Former Strategist writer Chloe Anello loved this Air Whisk so much she bought a second one for herself and another to gift her dad, who said it was the best whisk he’d ever tried.

I bought this board for myself last year and am thinking of buying a second one to add to my collection. (Strategist kitchen writer Emma Wartzman is also a fan.)

A Dusen Dusen quilt beach towel for the friend who always drives to the Rockaways.

You can never go wrong with cashmere, and Naadam makes our favorite affordable, high-quality pieces.

A set of durable glasses — featured in last year’s print gift guide — that stack for easy storage for the friend who always hosts. Available in sets of four and eight, I have a set of these heavy-bottomed beauties and can attest that they feel wonderfully hefty in your hand, look more expensive than they are, and are great for drinking everything from water to Negronis.

Perfect for any recent college grads cooking in cramped kitchens — they can sauté, sear, and steam all in one pan. Halliday tells us “the weight, the shape, the size, and the finish are excellent.”

This cleanser, recommended by drag queen Farrah Moan, exfoliates and removes makeup.

Rio-approved pimple patches are an especially good gift for any teens dealing with puberty-induced breakouts.

A TikTok-famous blow-dryer brush that will create a salon-worthy blowout in the comfort of your own bathroom.

This celebrity-approved gratitude journal takes just five minutes twice a day. Buy one now and take the stress out of your office Secret Santa.

This instant camera that already comes with film is a guaranteed tween pleaser. It also took the top spot in our roundup of the best instant cameras, with five pro photographers singing its praises. “It’s foolproof,” says photographer June Kim. “You can just pop in the film and there’s no way to mess it up — unless you can somehow open the camera while it’s taking a photo.”

From $108

This temperature-controlled mug, one of our favorite gifts for bookworms, is also ideal for any impossible-to-shop-fors.

And wrapping any of the above gifts in a reusable Baggu would add a thoughtful touch.
