Today is the day to stock up on CeraVe, because there’s a cache of the drugstore (and dermatologist-beloved) moisturizers on sale at Amazon today. I also did a deep dive into Madewell’s sale section, which is rife with nice wardrobe staples like all-cotton tees and rarely-on-sale Birkenstock clogs. Plus, Urban Outfitters is having a sitewide sale — but that ends tonight, so don’t dillydally.

The best drugstore sunscreen (that also doubles as a moisturizer) is on sale.

The brand’s inexpensive and “reliable” nighttime moisturizer is hydrating and never causes breakouts, according to our beauty columnist Rio Viera-Newton.

For basically all projects around the house, we recommend this cordless drill from DeWalt. And if you are just starting to build your toolbox, the 20-volt batteries will slot into other DeWalt tools, too.

Your new favorite pair of pajama shorts, under $40. I’m enamored by this cobalt-blue stripe, but there are four other patterns to choose from, too.

Select on-sale products are an additional 30 percent off with the code FORYOU. I love all the seams on these black-rinse jeans.

An excellent basic V-neck for just $12. It comes in black, dark green, heather gray, and white.

The men’s section has some nice basic tees on sale, too, but only select colors are discounted. (Though you can also buy a set of three of this lightweight crewneck for $75 if you prefer the full-price colors.)

I found some Birkenstocks that are available in size 41 and up.

If you’re looking for some classic sneakers, try these gum-sole Reeboks. They — along with (nearly) everything else at Urban Outfitters — are 30 percent off at checkout.

I’m intrigued by this Kosas lip balm, which contains both hyaluronic acid and vitamin E to hydrate lips. It comes in three your-lips-but-better shades, as well as classic clear.

And, of course, the sardine-tin bath mat to match.
