The Straight Eyebrows and Dewy Skin of Seoul

For the Cut’s Global Beauty week, we sent photographers around the world to find out what makes the women of one city look distinctive from those of another.

Although Google reported a global uptick in searches for “fuller brows” in the past year, the women of Seoul don’t appear to want Cara Delevingne brows anytime soon. For the next stop on the Cut’s global beauty tour, photographer Seungjeom Choi hit the streets of the South Korean city and found that women there have a penchant for undefined, archless eyebrows, and clear, dewy skin.
