Seven years after they met at a Lower East Side basement party, Roy Dank, 40, the head of digital at a creative agency, proposed by placing a ring on a hamburger bun at an In-N-Out Burger. Kristina Ho, 32, researched venues that would allow an outdoor component while still honoring her Chinese roots. “And the Marble Cemetery was always in my back pocket,” she says. After the ceremony, the group headed down to Chinatown for a wedding banquet of ten courses at the Golden Unicorn Restaurant, followed by a dance party where Ginuwine’s “Pony” was the hit of the night. “I was happy to accommodate any Chinese tradition because I know it’s important to Kristina’s family,” Dank says. “Plus, Jews really like Chinese food.”
