New York Magazine today announced a partnership with New York-based apparel brand Knickerbocker. Available starting today, the two brands have launched a collection that highlights New York City, drawing inspiration from the bustling streets surrounding Knickerbocker’s flagship store on Canal Street. With hand-drawn illustrations and artwork that incorporates the charm of Canal Street’s souvenir shops with New York Magazine’s iconic logo, the collection includes a selection of tees, sweaters, totes, hats, and more. Items are available for purchase in Knickerbocker’s online boutique, and at their store at 357 Canal Street.

The partnership is the latest retail expansion from New York Magazine, which launched its first online boutique earlier this year in partnership with ecommerce merchandise partner Fourthwall, and announced collaborations with brands including Piecework, Blackwing, and Only NY. In collaboration with New York, Piecework, which produces curated, modern jigsaw puzzles, released “The New York Diner,” a 1000-piece smörgåsboard of classic Empire State diner fare. New York also partnered with Blackwing on a special crossword puzzle pencil, a nod to the magazine’s 50-year back page fixture, and with Only NY on a limited-edition capsule inspired by New York’s neighborhood pizzeria’s and vintage taxi cabs.
