Butts have held a prominent place in art history since the Venus of Willendorf was created some 25,000 years ago. But you don’t have to visit the Met or the Louvre to appreciate an artist’s renderings of the gluteus maximus. For as long as tchotchkes (and fertility idols) have existed, butts — be they sculpted, drawn, or painted — have fascinated us and decorated our homes. While a large-format photograph or a life-size marble statue might be a bit over the top for your minimalist living room, there are tons of more intimate objects, like butt bud vases and tush-adorned soap dishes, to choose from. When it comes to cheeky home décor, there really is something for everyone. So to celebrate Butt Week on the Strategist, we rounded up 15 prints, posters, trays, vases, soaps, photographs, and candles inspired by bums that you can buy and display in your house, apartment, or dorm room right now.

These charming flower vases would look as nice on a bookshelf as they would atop a vanity.

If you love vintage nudes but are tired of seeing Matisse cutouts everywhere you go, this Milton Glaser poster is a great alternative. It was designed for the 1967 painting exhibition “Big Nudes” and was meant to show “a nude so large it couldn’t fit on the page.”

If you want a more functional piece of butt décor, this shapely soap will keep you clean and lightly scented with hints of amber, sandalwood, vanilla, and cedarwood.

Or you could use this nude ceramic soap dish to hold all your non-butt-shaped soaps.

Here’s a tray for those who prefer their butt décor with pants.

Adler’s brass match strike is hand-cast in solid brass in the designer’s Soho studio. As it ages, the provocative table top sculpture will develop a rich patina.

Plants are a great addition to any home, especially those with lots of personality. This miniature ficus gets its name from the trunk that is said to resemble ginseng roots. But we think it looks more like something else.

These bum-shaped ceramic planters would make a sweet and sassy Valentine’s Day gift. You can choose between three sizes: mini, large, and jumbo.

While it doesn’t zoom in on the figure’s bottom, this print by artist Kenesha Sneed is a meditative celebration of the female form.

Or you could go with this removable wallpaper, which offers a somewhat less calm celebration of men’s butts. Rolls are available in pre-pasted removable, peel-and-stick, and more-permanent traditional formats to suit any space.

Marcia Resnick’s postcard would make a sweet framed piece for a bedroom, bathroom, or walk-in closet.

Ditto for this sexy print from Philadelphia illustrator Ggggrimes.

Meanwhile, this chunky butt candle by Brooklyn artist Yui Kobayashi would fit in fine no matter where you choose to light it.

Decorate your laptop or daily planner with this sticker nod to the famous Greek Kouros sculpture. You can also get it as a jigsaw puzzle, tote bag, or yoga mat.

Hanging this 2022 calendar of butts found in nature in your kitchen will make your roommates smile every morning.
