McMillan’s full-length hip-hop album of rent-related songs — the first of many, according to its name, The Rent Is Too Damn High (Volume 1) — debuted on iTunes today. Along with tracks such as “When You Can’t Pay Your Rent,” “Rent Party Christmas,” and “Vote 4 Me” is “Ain’t Nothing to Talk About,” which has been playing on his website for a while, and already has its own “Kafkaesque” video.
