There is a school of thought that the Nets, despite that 3–40 record (3–40, people! Three and freaking forty!) they’re sporting, are a better fit for parts of the high-profile 2010 free-agent class than, say, the Knicks. One of those people is Suns forward Amar’e Stoudemire, who, according to the Post (okay, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo, whose story the Post rewrote), likes the cut of the Nets’ jib. Quote the Post: “Stoudemire has paid close attention to the Nets — openly praising their young talent base — and is well aware they already have the components in place for him to succeed, namely a center (Brook Lopez) and a point guard (Devin Harris or Kentucky freshman John Wall, should the Nets win the NBA’s draft lottery).” Amar’e, you’re forgetting the best reason of all: Сети мои!
