A few weeks back, a post on this blog about Brian Cashman sparked a spirited debate in the comments about whether Robinson Cano was a superior player to Dustin Pedroia. And today, writing at his new home on SBNation.com, Rob Neyer addresses that question, more or less. Neyer is actually trying to predict who will be the best second baseman of this decade, and he narrowed it down to those two. And after looking at their respective WAR numbers and factoring in Cano’s “demonstrated ability to stay healthy,” he goes with the Yankees’ second baseman. Agree? Disagree? Say so in the comments below. [SB Nation]
