All Right, Time to Start Thinking About the Knicks Again

So, the Mavericks have won and LeBron has lost. That little passion play is behind us, which means we can get down to the business of the Knicks. Yeah, Knicks! The NBA Draft is June 23, just ten days away, in Newark, and it’ll be Donnie Walsh’s last act as president of the Knicks. He isn’t tipping his hand much, but the Knicks, with their No. 17 pick (they have no second-round pick), are looking for a point guard, a shooter, and a big man underneath. They, uh, probably won’t get all three with one pick. (They’re also scouting a bunch of guys who aren’t likely to be drafted at all.) But Walsh will be the one making the pick. So start scouring mock drafts while you can. This is the last piece of Knicks business that won’t feel coated in Dolan and Isiah ooze for quite some time.
