If you’ve been to a Rangers game this year, you’ve surely seen at least a few fans wearing obviously fake Winter Classic jerseys. And if you have an Internet connection, you’ve probably come across at least one false-alarm “leak” of the jersey the Rangers will be wearing when they play the Flyers at Citizens Bank Park on January 2. (We hate to say we told you so, but yeah, we told you this wasn’t the real design.) Anyway, with just over a month to go until the 2012 Winter Classic, the Rangers unveiled their actual Winter Classic jerseys today. The logo on the front is one they’ve been using for a while to promote the game — it’s based on the team’s original logo — and the cream, navy, and red color scheme seems to match the one used on their current alternate jersey. So what say you, Rangers fans? Did the Rangers get this right? Or are you too busy rewatching the preview of 24/7 (embedded below) to care what they’ll be wearing in the game?
