When Mikhail Prokhorov announced he was running for president of Russia, an NBA spokesperson said the league didn’t have any rules against team owners holding office. But if Prokhorov were to win — and don’t hold your breath, a recent poll put him in fourth place, well behind the favorite, Vladimir Putin — he says he’d sell all of his assets and donate his money to charity.
