It’s 7 p.m. the day before July 4, so Deron Williams has decided to send us into Independence Day with a little treat: According to his own Twitter less than 10 minutes ago, he’s going to stay with the Brooklyn Nets. Which means the Nets have pretty much salvaged three years of work in about 36 hours. Not so bad, we’d say. The Nets will open their new building with their superstar.
