First came the homer he allowed to the first batter he faced yesterday, then came the RBI double he gave up an inning later, and then, after the Yankees finished up their 12-3 win over Baltimore, came the inevitable column about how he’s no-longer the flame-throwing sensation he was in 2007. (The final line for Chamberlain, who cut his rehab stint short this week to re-join the big-league team: two runs, four hits, one walk, and no strikeouts in an inning and two-thirds.)
