Despite having multiple probation violations, a judge in Rochester, New Hampshire, allowed the man who held Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign office hostage in 2007 free under monitoring with an electronic bracelet on Monday. On Tuesday, Leeland Eisenberg cut off the bracelet and is now considered a fugitive. The man has a history of mental and alcohol problems and was last seen in Dover, New Hampshire, getting into a green SUV with a female driver, according to police officials. One of his probation violations, you’ll be pleased to know, was not taking the medication required for his personal stability.
