Sad Andrew Giuliani, who despite evidence to the contrary still maintains hope that he’s going to make it as a professional golfer, encountered another setback today. A federal judge officially dismissed the case Rudy Giuliani’s son filed after getting kicked off the Duke University golf team in 2008. The judge ruled today that the offers made by a former Duke golf coach to lure Giuliani “did not constitute an enforceable contract,” following last year’s dismissal recommendation by a different judge. The only thing more embarrassing than suing to get on a sports team is getting your case shut down by two different judges.
