Alabama is coming out with a lot of fun campaign ads recently, but none have topped this one by a Republican candidate for agriculture commissioner. What, you didn’t even know there was an elected position known as agriculture commissioner, or that people made campaign ads for it? That’s because of “thugs and criminals,” obviously. And Dale Peterson, who’s been employed at various times in at least half of the occupations of the Village People, is going to hop on his horse and defeat them with a barrage of disorienting jump cuts.
