Pop-Tarts World, a 3,200-square-foot shop opening in Times Square Tuesday, will feature as its “focal point” a café with 30 snacks and desserts. In addition to items named “Fluffer Butter” and “Sticky Cinna Munchies,” the menu will feature “Pop-Tarts Sushi,” which is comprised of three different varieties of Pop-Tarts cut up and wrapped in a fruit roll-up. And, call us skeptical, but apparently people love it: “We did an internal tasting here at the building, and it was the winner,” a Pop-Tarts brand senior director said. [NYT]
