As her own camp remains mum about why teen Disney star Demi Lovato dropped out of the Jonas Brothers tour to go to a “treatment center,” the celebrity weeklies are on the case. Life & Style talked to a Texas college student who says not only had he partied with Lovato, but he witnessed her chugging booze and snorting cocaine like an old hand. “She was doing line after line [of coke] like a pro — and she was 17 at the time,” Brian Payne said, introducing us to a concept we’d not yet heard of: professional cocaine users. (Is there a league?) “I just remember her doing it as if she had been doing it for a long time,” he added. “It didn’t seem like something new to her.” The binge came to an end after her mother and stepfather intervened. According to the tabloid it wasn’t that she was partying — it’s that the partying was getting out of control. So much so, in fact, that she allegedly punched one of her backup dancers in the face.
