Upper East Side handyman Juan Pablo Pichardo is fed up with his supervisor treating him like a little child. Pichardo, a legal dwarf, says he was subjected to all manner of demeaning treatment by Moises Guimet — including being called a “midget,” getting slapped on the head, and having his locker papered with pictures of dwarfs. Just to make things clear, Guimet even allegedly once decorated Pichardo’s locker with a photo of a baby’s body with Pichardo’s head on it. But Guimet denies he ever infantilized his colleague. “It’s nonsense. It’s not true,” he told the Post. “I loved him like he’s my son.” Oh dear.
