Though he and his partner were found not guilty of raping an East Village woman back in May, Kenneth Moreno was sentenced to a year in prison for police misconduct on Monday. Franklin Mata was just now sentenced to 60 days for the same crime, where he served as a lookout for Moreno. [NYP]
