The NYPD has promised to remove the barricade that has caged downtown’s iconic “Charging Bull” statue since the September arrival of the Occupy Wall Street protesters. Beginning Monday, according to the New York Post, tourists will once again have the opportunity to pose for photos grabbing the bull by the horns — or any other body part on the well-endowed bronze beast.
