In honor of the Coney Island roller coaster’s 85th birthday, the ride will be a quarter for the first 85 minutes it’s open after the daily checkup, in which “maintenance workers hike the coaster’s tracks along the walk boards in search of damaged wood and loose bolts.” Have fun!
