Two recent teacher sex scandals at Brooklyn’s James Madison High School have driven some students to cathartic rapping, but senior Anthony Drew has a newly acquired fortune to take his mind off problems at so-called “Horndog High.” The 17-year-old got lucky in the “Win $1,000 a Week for Life” scratch-off game and stands to earn $3 million before taxes if he lives to be 80. He’s excited to have money for college (and maybe a luxury car) but some embittered classmates can’t just be happy for him. Another senior quips that a grand a week in New York City isn’t all that much, “but better to win when you’re 18 than when you’re 95.”
