Thirty-year-old Roberto Nunez is expected to be charged later today in the shooting deaths of three men — 31-year-old Amaury Rodriguez, 26-year-old Heriberto Suazo, and 25-year-old Patrick Catalan — whose bodies were found inside an $88,000 BMW parked on Claremont Avenue and West 122nd Street on June 7.
