Why else did he respond to a question about a rumored Senate run by telling a Politico reporter, “That’s not what I’m here to talk about. I’m here to talk about what role we can place in making the Eastern Congo a better place”? Unless, you know, he actually did want to talk about East Congo, which we suppose is not impossible.
