Not only did Disneyland’s Small World ride break down on Jose Martinez in 2009, trapping him aboard for half an hour while “It’s a Small World” played on, he had to pee the whole time, his lawsuit said. And Martinez uses a wheelchair so he couldn’t just get out of the boat and run off like he doubtless wanted.
