Buckingham Palace announced that the British monarch checked into London’s King Edward VII hospital on Sunday with what appears to be gastroenteritis. But don’t worry, she’s going to be okay: A spokesperson said that Elizabeth is in high spirits and is expected to be out in around two days. However, as precaution, the palace has postponed or cancelled a week’s worth of public engagements. After all, the 86-year-old hasn’t been hospitalized in nearly a decade.
