Multiple tornadoes (tromba d’aria) touched down near Milan, Italy, yesterday, resulting in untold damage and YouTube videos. One clip in particular, taken from the center of a storm, starts off with some relatively calm, if ominous, floating debris and escalates into an all-out Wizard of Oz whirl. Somehow, the windows stay intact and there’s only minimal screaming, which sounds classy anyway because it’s in Italian.
