According to USA Today, this pro-marijuana ad will play 72 times on a “giant screen” outside of a major NASCAR race this weekend. The ad, called “New Beer,” marks “the first time a pro-marijuana legalization ad will appear so close to an entrance gate of a major sporting event,” which doesn’t even seem like something people would keep track of, but okay. It argues that marijuana is better than beer in pretty much every way, and also kind of implies that smoking weed instead of drinking beer will transform you from a fat disgusting man into a svelte woman, if you’re into that sort of thing. It was made for $350 and looks like it.
