The down-on-his-luck man who turned in a backpack containing $2,400 in cash, nearly $40,000 in traveler’s checks, and a Chinese passport to its rightful owner at a Massachusetts mall over the weekend will receive a “special citation” from Boston police. This would be a great time for good karma to prove it exists.
