For the second year in a row, the Long Island Rail Road won’t allow booze on its trains from noon Saturday until noon Sunday, which means terrible Santas from points east will have to get up pretty early if they want to get wasted en route to the city. The New Jersey Transit is considering a similar policy. Of course, it doesn’t take a bro genius to figure out how to sneak some vodka into an orange-juice bottle, but every little bit helps.
