The Washington Post notes, brutally, that New Jersey Representative Robert Andrews, a Democrat from New Jersey who will resign in two weeks to take a law-firm job, has written a total of 646 bills, exactly zero of which have become laws. That makes him “America’s least successful lawmaker of the past two decades … with no real leadership roles in the House … he struck out every time … [and] has not even managed to name a courthouse or a post office — the moves that are the three-foot putt of the legislative process.” Even House Republicans are like, Seriously, dude?
