Recently in the West Village, a 24-year-old with a suspended license got wasted enough to think hopping in an idling cab with five people inside and then running a red light was somehow going to turn out okay. He slammed into another vehicle, blew twice the legal limit, and was arrested, while the passengers learned the hard way that taking a limo is never worth it.
