Leadership is important to Chris Christie, which is why he’s slowly easing his way into the 2016 race weeks after Jeb Bush and Mitt Romney announced they’re exploring a run. The Wall Street Journal reports that the New Jersey governor has launched a PAC called Leadership Matters for America, which will allow him to hire staff and raise money for a presidential campaign. Christie also referred to himself as a “candidate” at the Iowa Freedom Summit this weekend, though he never specified what he’s running for. “I’m sure you’ll not agree with me or any other candidate on every single issue,” Christie told Iowans. “If you want a candidate who agrees with you 100 percent of the time, I’ll give you one suggestion: Go home and look in the mirror.” Kind of aggressive for a job interview.
