During the ceremonial swearing-in of new Senators today in Washington, D.C., America’s vice president was in full-on Biden mode, awkwardly kissing Senators’ grandkids, flirting with their wives, and jokingly asking members of the press if they wanted to be sworn in.
But Joe wasn’t the only one at the ceremony in a festive mood.
